They are also the creators of a unique concept of interactive restaurant in Kaliningrad — Chef’s Table. It is dinner for eight persons in the open kitchen with the restaurant hostess, chef, and tasting menu. The author’s dishes are prepared in front of the guests, accompanied by gastronomic stories.
