Alexander has been working in the industry for 12 years. He is the founder of ILYINGROUP Holding. ILYINGROUP holding owns such projects as Samurai cafe offering delicious and healthy food, Ribs restaurant serving three cuisines of the world, Vinedo wine bar and Port food hall. Restaurants of the chain are open in Nizhny Novgorod, Dzerzhinsk, Vyksa, Saransk and Penza. The Foodhall Port is an area where various food vendors come together, providing a common area where customers can serve themselves, choosing whatever they want to eat. The food court is open to the public. It’s a meeting place where you’ll find a variety of restaurants and bars, parties and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. 1000 sq.m., 5 food zones, 4 bars, coffee house, stage, LED-screen, summer veranda, food trucks. The Food Hall opened in one of the former manufacturing facilities in the spring of 2022, and it is now a place of attraction for young and creative people. In 2019, Alexander received the Man of the Year Award in the Restaurateur of the Year category.
