Goryacho started as an urban street food project in 2015. This is not just a gastronomic brand. They also make trailers and food trucks with smokers (charcoal grills). They make around two food trucks and twenty trailers a year for customers across Russia: you can spot their equipment from Sevastopol to Chelyabinsk. The concept is simple: you may not have been here yet, but we already love you. Honesty is one of the main principles: an open kitchen, an open bar, and an open, friendly conversation with guests. When food is served, the guest is gently reminded to: «Eat while it’s hot».
