Restaurateur, Managing Partner of the Bellini Group, Director of Gastronomy Institute SFU

Alexey loves gastronomy and makes a new generation of gastronomy professionals fall in love with it. Alexey did what seemed impossible: at his initiative, the Siberian Federal University (SFU) signed an agreement with INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE culinary school on the opening of its new branch in Krasnoyarsk. Thus appeared the first higher education institution in Russia in the field of gastronomy. Together with the team of Gastronomy Institute, Alexey held the first Gastro Forum 2022 — an event for professionals in the gastronomy industry, which brought together speakers from across the country to discuss the future of the industry. Bellini is no longer just a restaurant holding company, it is a whole gastronomic ecosystem with its own farm, research center, event-projects and Bellini-IT — a subsidiary company that automates business processes. In 2021, Alexey Gorensky won the Prize for Contribution to the Restaurant Industry Development as part of the National Restaurant Award WHERETOEAT.
