Anastasia has been a photojournalist since 2013. In 2016, she temporarily moved to the United States, where she documented the life of immigrants in America. Her works were published in a numerous publications, such as Russian Reporter, Ogoniok, Psychologies, Rossiyskaya Gazeta, Novaya Gazeta, Zapovednik, The Washington Post, National Geographic, The Los Angeles Times, RBC, Russia Today, TASS, AFP, Ria, URA.RU, Lenta.ru, Rusfond, Forbes, Republic. Anastasia’s photo of a blue dog from Dzerzhinsk made it into Reuters’ «Pictures of the Year: Animals». She participated in the exhibitions «Skvoz Prizmu Iskazhenii» («Through the Prism of Distortion») at the Berthold Center in St. Petersburg) with the project «Obnulenie» («Zeroing Out»), «Ya Zhivu. Kadry Iz Zhizni Redkikh Ludei» («I Live. Images from the Life of ‘Rare’ People») at the Federation Council in Moscow, in the exhibition «Pokhorony Stromy» («Stroma’s Funeral») at the Russian Museum of Photography in Nizhny Novgorod and in the exhibition «Chto-to Iz Nichego» («Something from Nothing») with the photo project «Gusi-Lebedi» («Geese and Swans») centered on the works of ZhKKh Art at the House of Architect in Nizhny Novgorod. She also explores the unique Russian phenomenon of ZhKKh Art (ZhKKh meaning housing and communal services).
