FUTURO is the largest independent gallery of contemporary art in Nizhny Novgorod. FUTURO is not just a place to hold art exhibitions. The gallery functions as a cultural center that combines exhibition activities and education in the field of contemporary art, and supports local creative initiatives. Working with guest curators, FUTURO has carried out many of its projects, some in collaboration with other cultural institutions. The gallery regularly takes part in contemporary art fairs. It is a member of the Association of Galleries. FUTURO introduces both established artists, nominees and finalists of contemporary art awards, as well as emerging young artists working in painting, sculpture, graphics, photography, videography, art installation.
