Director of Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem

Anatoly is a modern, open, traveling director of Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem, one of the largest restaurant brands in Krasnoyarsk and in the region. His professional path began in 2004 with the opening of Krem — one of the first coffee shops in the city. In 2006, the first Pertsy network project was launched, and it immediately became a huge success. Bellini Gastronomic Ecosystem was the first in the region to sell franchises in the catering industry. Today, the gastronomic ecosystem consists of 35 restarants, including Cheshuya, Svinya i Biser, Bistrot de Luxe Home, Hello Wine, Formaggi, Baran I Biser, Mama’s, Yakitoria, Krem. Gastronomy Institute as part of the Siberian Federal University, Syrvarnya cheese manufacturer and Konditoriya RomBaba confectionery are also part of the ecosystem. Cheshuya took the 2nd place by the Where To Eat Awards held in Siberia in 2022.
