Founder and chef of his own culinary studio. Host of cooking classes, co-host of various culinary shows on state-owned and local TV. He also runs a culinary YouΤube channel. Co-organizer and host of the gastronomic part of the Arzamasskiy Gus culinary festival from 2012 to 2021. Over the last 10 years, he has opened from scratch, helped rebrand, and developed menus for 60 projects. In 2017, he was an ambassador of Russian cuisine and the organizer of three gastronomic evenings in Kuwait at the Days of Russian Culture. In 2019, along with participants in the Hell’s Kitchen Russia show, Andrew helped set the official Russian record for the largest shawarma. In 2022, Andrey, together with the Ivlev Group and NTA, organized the second «Yes, Chef!» festival in Nizhny Novgorod. In 2022 Andrei set two official Russian records at once: «The Biggest Pot in Russia» and «The Biggest Beet Pot in Russia» — more than 1000 kilograms. In 2023, Andrei won in a special episode of the show «Young Knives» and received a golden knife from the host of the program, Konstantin Ivlev.
