Chef with 25 years of experience in restaurants of Russian, French, German and Italian cuisine. Dmitry interned in France and launched a menu for more than a dozen different restaurants. Regular participant of professional festivals and workshops, winner of the «Battle Of Restaurants». Dmitry is actively involved in the gastronomic life of Nizhny Novgorod: he hosts workshops, tastings, and gastronomic shows. For several years in a row during the Maslenitsa celebrations, he baked the biggest pancake of about 2 meters in diameter. In 2018, Dmitry Stepanov was nominated for the «Restaurateur of the Year» award by Delovoy Kvartal magazine in the category «For the desire for development.»
