In 2020, the Red Wall restaurant became a big success in Nizhny Novgorod and for the third year in a row has been among the top 100 restaurants in Russia by the Palm Branch Awards in Restaurant Business. Red Wall is the first restaurant in Nizhny Novgorod with the philosophy of zero waste. It is committed to reducing waste and operating in an environmentally friendly manner. The staff always sorts garbage, refuses to use disposable plastic tableware, makes all printed products on FSC-certified paper, and makes dressing room tags from leftovers from furniture production. The general rule is to make the most of the products. The chefs make dishes from local products: Red Wall cuisine is more than 70% local products. All Red Wall menus offer only signature dishes.
