Member of the National Guild of Chefs of Russia, Certified Expert of the World Skills Russia Championship, host of two cooking shows: «Cooking deliciously» airing on NVK Sakha and «Pleasant appetite» airing on RenTV channel. 20 years of experience in catering. Chef and founder of his own restaurant «RekaOzeroLes», which opened in July 2018. In 2019, the restaurant took the Grand Prix as the best restaurant at the Taste of Yakutia festival. The main focus of the restaurant is on local cuisine. Nikolay popularizes Yakut cuisine using unique high-quality local products and modern cooking technologies. In 2008, he completed a «Chef in the restaurant of fine French cuisine «Nostalgia» course under the leadership of Jérôme Rigaud, at the Kremlin’s food factory. Was also trained in Tours (France), Vinaros (Spain) and in northern and southern parts of China. Nikolay annually undergoes professional training. At the Arctic Forum in Iceland, he represented Yakut cuisine with the organization of buffets. In May 2017, he took part in the Arctic Cuisine Festival in Alaska. In April of 2018, he organized receptions at the highest level: for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia at the United Nations in New York City, and in May 2018 for the Association of Restaurants in Istanbul.
