In 2021, Igor started ITGorky, a PR service for the regional IT market. With the service, you can find local IT-companies and jobs for developers on a map of the city. In one of the tabs, candidates can compare potential employers and contact representatives of organizations directly. A separate search for companies that hire employees with disabilities is provided. Every month, ITGorky puts together a list of companies that consider hiring candidates for junior positions. More than 130 organizations are already using the platform. In 2022, Igor Pozumentov won «Man of the Year in IT» by Delovoy Kvartal magazine for launching ITGorky.
