Chairman of the Association of Restaurateurs of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Eda i Kultura (Food and Culture) brings together restaurants of different price segments and diverse gastronomic concepts. These are gourmet restaurants, cozy cafes, night clubs and bars, popular among young people, and then there is Milo Concert Hall. The holding owns the Sobaka.ru magazine; the Eda I Kultura food delivery company, which allows you to order food from restaurants in Nizhny Novgorod to your home or office; Eda I Kultura CATERING, which organizes banquets, cocktail parties and weddings with premium service; its own brewery Butch&Dutch. In 2022, Mikhail was named «Restaurateur of the Year» at the Nizhny Novgorod Man of the Year Award for opening the Yale restaurant.
