
Natalia Kochorashvili
Director of the Krasnoyarsk Theater for Young Spectators
For more than ten years, she worked at the Krasnoyarsk Cultural-Historical Museum. She has curated a number of regional and international contemporary art exhibitions.
From 2007 to 2013, she was the director of the House of Cinema in Krasnoyarsk, which, under her leadership, was transformed into a popular place of intellectual leisure — the Center for Screen and Media Arts. She initiated and organized the Krasnoyarsk International Festival of Media Arts.
Since 2013, she has been the director of the Krasnoyarsk Theater for Young Spectators. Under her direction, existing projects were finished, and new projects were launched, such as Yazyk Mira festival as part of the Theater for Young Spectators, Detskiy Mir festival, an open ART-MARKET contest for creative applications to stage a play for children. Many of the theater’s productions have been awarded prizes at regional and all-Russian festivals. The Golden Mask for Alisa and Anna Karenina are among the most significant awards of the theater. In 2021, it was awarded the Fyodor Volkov Award for its contribution to theatrical art.
