Minister of innovations, digital development and Info-communication technologies of the Sakha Republic.
Anatoly studied at the Yakutsk State University, Graduate School of Corporate Management at The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) under the MBA program, as well as at the SolBridge International School of Business (Tanjon, South Korea) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. Under the leadership of Anatoly, an innovative ecosystem has been created in Yakutia, including the first IT park in the Far East, the Yakutia Technopark, the accelerator of innovative projects «B8», the innovation development fund, the engineering center, the Kangalassy Industrial Park, 17 district IT centers, the first and only «Labor Quarter» cluster, children’s IT schools, the B8 startup expedition, the school and student competition «My Career in IT «in which 2,500 children annually participate and the Association for the Development of the IT Industry of Yakutia. In combination with the development of communication infrastructure and high-speed Internet, Yakutia staked on the development of the IT industry as a new driver of the region’s economy. Today, the industry employs 3,500 IT specialists, with Yakutia ranking first in the export of IT services in the Far East and 9th in Russia.
