Sergey Ukhanov

Sergey has been working in the catering industry since the age of 16. His projects include Sowok noodle shop, Salut burger joint, Yula pizzeria and Ceylon Asian bistro. Sowok is a citywide noodle shop that been offering affordable prices for nine years. The restaurant supports young artists by giving them space to create. Salute has long since become more than just a burger joint: it is now a brand of street culture, music, and the focus of the creative cluster. Yula offers a new spin on serving up pizza. A preferred meeting place for townspeople, it is not just a pizza joint, but also an exhibition location, which was opened by the exposition of Ivan Gorshkov, recognized by the organizers of Cosmoscow as the artist of the year, and now the project, together with Gallery 9B, periodically updates the expositions inside the institution. The Bistro Ceylon restaurant was inspired by a trip to Sri Lanka. The house specialty is curry and other specialties. Each meal is a new culinary experience, while the atmosphere of the summer garden in the courtyard allows you to take a real trip without leaving Nizhny Novgorod, and takes you to Asia.
