They know better than anyone the essence of the restaurant business and gastronomic masterpiece.

Salt Gastrobar opened in 2018. A year later, the project became the best restaurant in the city and received the restaurant award Pumpernickel. In the same year, the gastro bar was included in the top 100 new restaurant concepts in Russia Palme d’Or. Gastrobar specializes in «raw and local» concepts adding Asian accents to flavors.

The concept of the restaurant Seasons — is to combine the most exclusive regional and Russian local products and a new look at the traditions. In the fall of 2021, Seasons is already the Restaurant Of the Year and receives the restaurant award Pumpernickel. And gastro bar Salt — an award from experts for the best local dish.

In 2021, the guys shared their vision in the main gastronomic theater of the country — Chef’s Table by White Rabbit Family of Vladimir Mukhin.

The partners often tour top regional projects (Russian Restaurant Festival, Branch Edition, Italian Vacation, Martini Time), giving other participants a new and unique gastronomic experience.
