

Vladimir Luzan
Acting Rector of the Dmitri Hvorostovsky Siberian State Academy of Arts
In August 2022, Vladimir Luzan was appointed Acting Rector of the Dmitri Hvorostovsky Siberian State Academy of Arts. Before that, from 2016 to 2022, he headed the Krasnoyarsk Art Museum named after V. Surikov. He is a member of the board of the Commonwealth of Educators of Krasnoyarsk non-profit company, winner of the Governor’s Management Reserve contest. Author of more than 80 publications devoted to the study of various aspects of the implementation of the state cultural policy of Russia. Vladimir Luzan is an associate professor of the Department of Advertising and Social and Cultural Activities of the Siberian Federal University. He has a doctorate in cultural studies. He recently became the founder of the Endowment Fund of the Krasnoyarsk Art Museum named after V. Surikov.
