Yekaterina Smirnova

Creator of the telegram channel Kritik Smirnova, a culinary tour guide. Member of the jury of several major federal restaurant awards, including the National Restaurant Award WHERETOEAT and the Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business. Ekaterina conducts culinary tours around the city, where she teaches Nizhny Novgorod residents to live deliciously and not be afraid to experiment. Ekaterina combined her two great passions — delicious food and art — to create an entire guide to art in Nizhny Novgorod restaurants featuring gallery owners and art critics. Ekaterina also hosts a radio program of honest restaurant criticism at the Nizhny Novgorod Business FM (107.8). In November 2022, she launched the first gonzo food podcast Kogda Ya Em (When I Eat) on Yandex Music, produced by Vladimir Trepitov. She brought a little part of Nizhny Novgorod to the Black Sea: Les U Moria (The Forest by the Sea) — a guest house for Nizhny Novgorod residents.
