One of the most charming and popular media chefs in Krasnoyarsk. Yevgeny started out as a chef at the Bellini sushi cocktail bar in 2006 and gradually grew to be the main man of the restaurant chain. He repeatedly passed internships in leading restaurants in Russia, Italy and France. In 2008 he even worked in a GQ-bar for celebrity chef Konstantin Ivlev, known far beyond his professional circles.
In 2019, Yevgeny became the chef for the delegation of the President and Prime Minister of Russia during the opening and closing ceremonies of the XXIX World Winter Universiade in Krasnoyarsk. In 2017 and 2018, he won the Best Chef Award in Krasnoyarsk. He is a silver medalist of the V All-Russian Culinary Championship Chef a la Russe by METRO Cash & Carry in Moscow. Member of the jury of the Cheese a le chef competition in Barnaul. Host of a variety of gala dinners, including the culinary theatre in Abrau Durso. Guest speaker at professional festivals, host of culinary workshops.
Yevgeny puts his own culinary show out on YouTube, appears on cooking shows on TV and takes part in culinary projects on the Internet.
